This notice explains how CustomSMB.com handles information submitted through this website. Project data is governed by the separate agreement for that project.

What we collect

When you submit an inquiry, we receive your name, email address, business name, message, selected interests, optional budget and timing, NDA preference, and a record of your consent. Please keep your message high level and do not submit credentials, financial account details, customer records, or confidential documents.

How we use it

We use inquiry details to evaluate your request, respond, arrange a conversation, and maintain a record of that discussion. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. We do not sell inquiry information or use it for advertising profiles.

Where it is handled

The website and inquiry database are hosted through OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure. These service providers process information needed to operate and secure the website. Inquiry content is available to the site owner through a restricted inbox. We may use an email provider to respond to your inquiry.

Cookies, analytics, and security

We have not added advertising pixels, session recording, or visitor analytics to this website. Fonts are hosted with the site. Our hosting providers may process IP addresses, browser information, access logs, and necessary cookies to deliver and protect the service. Team sign-in uses ChatGPT authentication; visitors do not need an account to inquire.

To limit spam, the application temporarily stores an hourly keyed hash based on the request IP address and a request count. It does not store the raw IP address in the inquiry database. These anti-abuse entries expire after 24 hours and are cleaned up when subsequent inquiries are processed.

Retention and your requests

We keep inquiry records for as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain the business relationship, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. You may ask to access, correct, or delete your inquiry information through the contact form; begin your message with “Privacy request.” We may need to verify your request before acting.

Confidentiality and AI

This form is for initial business inquiries. Request an NDA before sharing sensitive information; selecting the NDA checkbox does not itself create an agreement. Inquiry messages are stored as submitted and are not automatically sent to an AI model by this website.

Changes

We may update this notice when the website or our practices change. The date above identifies the current version.
