How much does a project cost?
We scope and price a focused first release before the build starts. The proposal separates implementation, third-party costs, and optional ongoing support, with payment milestones agreed in writing. You do not need to commit to a large transformation project.
How quickly can we get started?
We work in small releases so you can review useful progress early. Timing depends on scope, access to your systems, and data quality. Your proposal includes milestones and the dependencies that could change them.
Can you work with our existing tools?
Yes. We start with what you use today and look for sensible ways to connect or improve it. Where a vendor restricts access or an integration is unreliable, we explain that before committing to a build.
Who owns the software?
Ownership and handover are written into the project agreement. Our approach is for you to own the custom deliverables you pay for, with access to your code, data, and documentation. Third-party services and open-source components retain their own licenses.
What happens after launch?
Every project includes an agreed handover. Ongoing care can cover monitoring, fixes, updates, and improvements, with coverage and response expectations set in the support agreement. You can also choose a documented handoff to your own team.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes. Request a mutual NDA before sharing sensitive details. You can flag that in the inquiry form and keep your initial description high level. Submitting the form does not itself create an NDA.
